How do I access my Free or Paid Membership and the Membership Portal?

To access your membership, select the "Membership Portal" button in the main navigation area. The button should redirect you to another page where you can log into our membership system.

From this new page, select the login button from the main navigation (located in the top right of your screen). After, input your e-mail address and password into the form, and select the button labelled "Log In".

You will then be taken to your membership profile. Here, it will display all of the memberships and programs that we have available. Next to each of these memberships and programs, there will "Access Now" buttons. Selecting this button will allow you to see the videos and clearings related to that program.
If it's your first time logging in, make sure that you copy and paste the password from your subscription email to ensure that you have a successful login.

Once you're logged in, make sure to update your password to something that you can remember. It is recommended to include a capital letter, a number, a symbol or a combination of all three in order to have a more secure password.

I'm having difficulty loading my Membership Portal

This is likely an issue with your computer or cellphone's cache or cookies. Sometimes, an error occurs when the site has been updated. In order to fix this, please clear your cache. Here are a few resources to clear cache on depending on your computer or cellphone:

What is the cache?

'Cache' or 'cached resources' is a term used to describe how internet-based devices speed up load times and save internet data. It stores small pieces of a website's layout that you visit frequently. Next time you go to that same page, your device will pull up the cached resources instead of having to receive and download the information again.

How do I update or change my Credit Card information for my Membership? 

To update your credit card information, please visit the following URL: https://tracylclark.kartra.com/self_billing/portal 

From this page, please input your email address and your order id number *. This was emailed to you when you placed your order . Next to your order, click or tap on the pen icon located next to your order under the “ACTIONS” heading. From there, you will be able to update your credit card info.

How do I change my Email, Phone Number, Address or other personal details on my membership?

Please login to the system using the Membership Portal button on the main menu bar of the Tracy L Clark site. This should always be at the top of each page. Once you have accessed the login site, you will be prompted to input your email address and password. Fill out your login details and select the login button. 

From there, you will then be taken to an introductory screen displaying a number of memberships. If you're using a computer or laptop, select the "My Profile" icon (it should look like a portrait of a person) from the main menu.

If you're using a mobile device like an iPad or a iPhone, first select the menu icon (it should resemble three stacked lines, similar to a hamburger) to open up the menu. After, select the "My Profile" icon to access your profile.

On the profile page, you are able to update your email address, mailing address and phone number. In order to save your updated information, click or tap on the "Save" button to ensure that the changes to your profile have been saved 

How long is the Soul Sunday event replayable for?

Following the completion of the event, the Soul Sunday replay is available for 72 hours.

How do I check to see if I registered for an event/class?

First, navigate to the membership portal by selecting the "Membership Portal" button in the main menu of this site. 

After logging in into the membership portal, select on the “Support” icon in the main menu. It should resemble a life ring or lifebuoy. If you're using a mobile device like an iPad or a iPhone, first select the menu icon (it should resemble three stacked lines, similar to a hamburger) to open up the menu. After, select the "Support" icon to access your profile.

On the next screen, select on the “My Orders” button to view all of your previous transaction/purchases/etc.

Where do I find the private email address for the Miraculous Academy? 

Please login to your Miraculous Academy membership site. You will find the private email address for the Miraculous Academy members located on the Home Page of your membership.

Where do I find the private facebook group for the Miraculous Academy? 

Please login to your Miraculous Academy membership site. You will find the FB icon on the left hand side of your screen. Please click on this icon to gain access to the private Miraculous Academy FB page. 

How do I cancel my Membership? 

If you would like to cancel your Effortless or Miraculous Academy Membership subscription, you may do so using the following URL link: https://tracylclark.kartra.com/self_billing/portal

Please input your email address and your order number. * This was emailed to you when you placed your order. From there you will then be taken to a screen where you can choose to cancel your Academy Membership.

Do I receive feedback with a 'Need it Now' session?

A Need It Now session is a distance session. In these sessions, Tracy works to move and shift the energy of the request within 3 business days of the submission. Once Tracy has completed the request, you will receive an email from our office indicating that it has been worked on. It will indicate that Tracy worked on shifting the energy but will not provide detail. 

Can I get a refund for an Event or Weekend Workshop?

Unfortunately, classes are non-refundable but are transferable to other programs.
