How do I access my Free or Paid Membership and the Membership Portal?

We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulty accessing your membership.

Please login to the system using the 'Membership Portal' button located in the top right of the page. It looks like this:

Once you have accessed the login site you will be prompted to input your email address and password. Please type in your email address and copy and paste your password from the login details that were sent to you. Once the details are input then please click the log in button. You will then be taken to your profile that will that will show all of the membership and programs that we have available. You will see a green access button on any of the sites you are registered for. Click on the green ‘access now’ button for the TLC Community and you will be able to see the videos and clearings.

Please make sure that you copy and paste the password to ensure that you have a successful login. Please also make sure to update your password to something that you will remember :)

I'm having difficulty loading my Membership Portal

This is likely an issue with your device's cache or cookies. So please clear your cache and restart your device.

'Cache' or 'cached resources' is a fancy term describing how internet based devices speed up load times by storing small pieces of a website's layout that you visit frequently to the device hard drive. This is done to save your internet data and increase loading speed. Next time you go to that same page, your device will pull up the cached resources instead of having to receive and download the information again.

An error occurs when the site has been updated since that file has been stored. And as a result you are missing new information.

How do I update or change my Credit Card information for my Membership? 

If you would like to update your credit card information please click on the link below:

Please input your email address and your order id number * This was emailed to you when you placed your order . Please click on the pen icon located next to your order under the “ACTIONS” heading. You will be able to update your credit card info.

How do I change my Email, Phone Number, Address or other personal details on my membership?

Please login to the system using the login button on the main menu bar of Tracy’s website. This button can be located on the far right of the menu bar, or if you are using your phone or iPad you can find it by clicking on the three dashes on the top menu bar. You will then see a drop down menu, the login option is at the bottom.

Once you have accessed the login site you will be prompted to input your email address and password. Once the details are input then please click the log in button. You will then be taken to your profile that will that will show all of the membership and programs that we have available. Please click on any membership site that has a green access button.

Click on the “My Profile” Icon located on the top right hand side of your laptop/ desktop. If using a phone or iPad you will find the “My Profile” button located by clicking on the three dashes located on the top right hand side of your screen. You will then see a menu at the top of your screen with an icon that looks like a person. Click on this icon.

Once you have accessed your profile you are able to update your email address, mailing address and phone number. Please remembers to click on the green save button to ensure that the changes to your profile have been saved.

How long is the Soul Sunday event replayable for?

The Soul Sunday replay is available for 72 hours following the completion of the event

How do I check to see if I registered for an event/class?

First Navigate to the membership portal. Look for the button at the top right of this webpage.

Once you log into the membership portal, click on the “Support” Icon located on the top right hand side of your laptop/ desktop. If using a phone or iPad you will find the “Support” button located by clicking on the three dashes located on the top right hand side of your screen. You will then see a menu at the top of your screen.

Once you have clicked on the Support icon you will be taken to the next screen. Click on the “My Orders” button to view all of your previous transaction/purchases

Where do I find the private email address for the Miraculous Academy? 

Please login to your Miraculous Academy membership site. You will find the private email address for the Miraculous Academy members located on the Home Page of your membership.

Where do I find the private facebook group for the Miraculous Academy? 

Please login to your Miraculous Academy membership site. You will find the FB icon on the left hand side of your screen. Please click on this icon to gain access to the private Miraculous Academy FB page. 

How do I cancel my Membership? 

If you would like to cancel your Effortless or Miraculous Academy Membership subscription you may do so using the following link:

Please input your email address and your order number. * This was emailed to you when you placed your order

You will then be taken to a screen where you can choose to cancel your Academy Membership.

Do I receive feedback with a 'Need it Now' session?

A Need It Now session is a distance session. In these sessions Tracy works to move and shift the energy of the request within 3 business days of the submission. Once Tracy has completed the request you will receive an email from our office indicating that it has been worked on. It will indicate that Tracy worked on shifting the energy but will not provide detail. 

Can I get a refund for an Event or Weekend Workshop?

Class are non-refundable but are transferable

Sometimes emergencies come up! I work to ensure we can serve you the best way possible If you are in a crisis or emergency situation, custom booking times can be made available on a case by case basis. Usually, appointments are received within 3 to 5 business days of the request.

If you are looking for immediate assistance with something specific but may not need a full appointment then this option is for you. Tracy can align, shift or move energy as you may need. For these sessions, we ask that you electronically submit what you would like Tracy to work on and she will move the energy within 3 business days of your request.
